I think its such a shame sony and Jen let her latest album die after the first single, lately.
with Rebirth, Get Right was first, hot track and hit. 2nd single HYD which was imo the weakest track of the album, they shouldve released the remix. and she performed it like 2 times but only for TOTP and CDUK, so international shows. after that no single anymore, I think SIMW, WYWD or CP wouldve made a great 3rd single and that it was kinda worth the 'risk'
CAUM, Qué Hiciste was first, with decent promo became a hit. MHF next they shoot a video for it that was kinda it, no promo and I doubt sony sent the song the much radio stations. PA video, that was it. not even a promo single for it sent to radios. why even releasing videos when the song doesnt get promoted at all?!
Brave, Do It Well kinda performed it often, kinda ok performance on the charts. HIDDI next, she performed it a few times for the album release after that nothing. even pulled it back as a single. not even a 2nd single in the USA. and now the brave era is over too?! this time I understand it she couldnt promote much cos of the pregnancy and cos she was still doing the tour, big props to Jen for that. but I seriously hope they will release a 2nd single in the USA around May, a song like MITS has great potential imo.
I seriously dont get this. it must be really expensive to put an album together, so why giving up on it after 1 or 2 singles?! happened lots of times before 3rd single saved an album, so why wouldnt this work for Jen?! just shoot a video for one more song and perform it a few times on some shows/events. song not taking off? kk too bad but atleast u gave it a try.
I just hate the fact Jen has some great songs on her albums lately but they dont get released. and I really think songs like SIMW, TVAQ and MITS have great potential and could be the next smash for Jen. really hope her new manager gives an album more of a chance and release atleast 3 singles. everything changed in a bad way imo since Benny left/got fired during the TIMT era and I can only wish and hope for a Mr. Medina comeback

I totaly agree she might need a different record company too. they act like she didnt make them milions

and yes medina should comeback but without all that gossip and rumors left and right

i saw something on tv where they had people that new Jen talking about her and he was one of them it made me wonder if he was coming back

that and the fact that mariah who he manages was denying that she talked bad about Jen and said something like i respect or something possitive like that which we know she doesnt all makes me think benny was behind it. he may have had her say that to that it doesnt seem like anyone is bad mouthing Jen and stop any so called beef and generate good pablicity. he seems to have been around her more latey than before 2007
