^ I think you right. Jen probably won't have a choice whether to make it or not. Record companies regularly release G.Hits even without artist
co-operation. So at least she is co-operating with new songs and probable new artwork (which by the way I hope T. Duran does the shoot for).
I also agree with Imko that it might be a way of finishing her record deal.
I don't usually like Greatest Hits when artists are during a low period as it feels like its being flushed.
I think this could possibly be a hit but she would need to have say two new killer tracks on the CD that would both be released. A good way of ensuring this
success would be to announce a World Tour not just USA & even Europe, I mean everywhere Asia, S.Africa, Japan, Australia etc... It would be a good
way of re-grouping fans and hopefully build support for her next studio album. I really think she needs to do this.
The only thing that really worries me Is she will promote it for a week and then forget about it. I hope she does justice to her music career by promoting it
substantially.

I think every time there is a major shift in Jen's career she comes out the other side a more refreshed and refined version of herself...I'm sure this
will be no different!
I like some of your guys' ideas on re-recording some of her songs..I too agree on IYHML, JFTB, and WFT..those are musts!

Actually both Kylie Minogue and Dannii Minogue have re-recorded vocals for their older songs when they dropped their GH albums.
maybe shes doing this greatest hits album to get out of her contract with the label. a lot of artists do that when they are fed up with the label and they
still have one album left in the contract.
and as for getting a danja track...jen can easily afford $50-100K. she's worked with producers just as big in the past so that's not an issue at all.
she can get whatever producer she wants.

I agree with the idea of recording some more vocals to make it more interesting.
I would like one more track released from 'Brave' first though.
I think they should do some special editions with a 2nd disc with remixes etc.
Heather can you tell us who she is working with on the tracks? Is that track 'ooh' produced by Sean Garrett one of the tracks?
I hope we'll get at least 2 new songs
