Yes that is him. There are a lot of pix of him on that set. They broke up after she started filming it, not when she first started filming. Cus when she
first started they hadnt filed for divorce yet. But there are also pix of Ben on the set leaving and going into her trailer. ET showed the video of him
leaving and going in it back then.
