# I like to be alone a lot...I think that it's because I come from a large family and will often get annoyed if I don't have peace and quiet when I want it. Me too! When there's too much chaos, I have to find a quiet place to chill for a bit because I get pissed off and annoyed, lol. |

^ Really, that's insane! I was like, i wonder if this happens to other people. The first time it happened to me i was about 7 or 8 and i almost suffocated,
cause i always used to sleep with the covers over my head. Not anymore though, LOL!
REM is the stage of sleep you're in when you dream, when your body is briefly paralyzed. I think it's the last stage of like 6 or 7. So the doctors say that some people wake up in the middle of this stage while they're still supposed to be asleep. I don't know what they recommend to deal with it. |
