Well, since one of my sons was biten severely by a pitbull and we sued, I can tell you that the case is not worth more than 80 to 90 Thousand dollars!
Five million sounds more like I want to rip off a celebrity! The bite itself is worth about 20K and the rest would be for time lost from work. Unless she can
prove that she is more than 50% incapacitated for life, she should not get a dime more than that! I´m sure the Judge will reduce her claim substantially. So

Definitely the 5 mil is excessive! According to the documents though the dog only grabbed her pant leg. She's suing because of a back injury because
she fell trying to get away. So this case would be a little different and I'm thinking harder to prove maybe. She has to prove her back injury was
definitely a result of her fall. Back injuries are popular in law suits for injuries, I think because they are difficult to dispute sometimes.
Im sure the back injury is Bull Shit.
If Floyd (the dog) was a guard dog then that means it was guarding. Dogs just dont attack people like that. I know that some dogs have attacked people for no
reason, but they have always did something to attack. Im guessing Floyd is a trained dog that does what it was trained to do. Why would the Dog attack for no
reason? And was anyone else on the Jet? Seems very suspisious. . .Also, if she tried to settle it outside of court, im sure Jen would have tried to settle it
out of court so she would go to Court. Or im i wrong?
i just think that this lady is taking advantage of Jen. and acting like the victom. when im sure she must have done something to the dog. Plus, didnt Jen give
her direction on what to do, and how to act in front of the dog. Its the Girls fault for not listening. Cause Jen wouldnt be dumb and not explain to the flight
attendent what to do with the dog.

I think her suing is legit, as annoying as it is for Jen. I'd be pissed as hell if some dog made me trip and fall and injure myself. But it does sound like
she's trying to force Jen to just pay her off or something.
