So does anyone here believe in Armageddon/End of days? And if so do you think that its nearing? Also, does it have to do with
you religion or lack thereof? I just want to pick you guys brains for a second. I've been watching a lot of stuff about Nostradamus and Edgar Cayce and
these types and they all have similar predictions about this stuff. I haven't been a strong believer of "psychics" in the past , but I'm also
not too ignorant to realize that some things simply aren't coincidences. So what do you guys think. Is the end of the world nearing or is it all a crock?
Also, what are you guys' opinions on psychics? Its kind of scary to me. With the state of the earth, both geologically and with people attitudes towards
earth and each other, are we doing ourselves in? Global Warming? Nuclear Warfare? It makes me scared that the end of days as we know them may be closer than we
think.

Why are you trying to scare us when we're so close to Halloween!?
I've seen these shows as well. I think I saw one about the Mayan calender and the world possibly coming to an end (not literally) on December 21, 2012. I
don't know what to think. I know something bigger could kill the Earth like a sonic boom of radiation in space.
Sorry for scaring you Timmy! lol Its just really creepy. I mean, 2012?! Thats in just a few years! I know its sounds far-fetch and is probably nothing, but its
definitely something to think about.
I have a great 4 dvd set about end of days and whats going to happen, it costed me 100 dollars, but the movies all together to watch is 11 hours i believe.

Scientifically speaking, there's no doubt an asteroid or something in space could finish the Earth off. I believe in evolution, and I follow the theory
that an asteroid killed the dinosaurs, so I also think it is possible it could happen again. Although I did recently read an article about how there are
several specific asteroids/comets that are in line with Earth and are big enough to cause serious damage, but not for centuries, I think. So things like that
are very carefully studied and followed, and I believe by that time Bruce Willis will have received enough training to bring the movie Armageddon to life.
U.S.A!! U.S.A.!!!! lol
The possibility of nuclear war is also a terrifying thought, but IMO, the economic and political costs are too great for any country to truly wage it. Like if
North Korea decides to launch nuclear missiles, great - but they will starve to death within months because the Western world grants them so much aid and so
many economic sanctions. Never mind the fact that the entire world would turn their back against them. Just simple (yet extremely complex) things like that
are, IMO, enough to keep nuclear war at bay. I think nuclear warheads are warfare's equivalent to male models stuffing their briefs.
Since I do believe in evolution and not creationism, I don't think the actual ending of the world is nearing...as in explosion/implosion. Although I do
think that interpersonal/economic/political/religious/etc relations are causing the end of humanity. I think our world is extremely cold-hearted, despite this
"we are the world" nonsense. It literally is like the rich get richer and the poor get poorer...unless you have oil. Or countries get so big (i.e.
Russia, China, India) that they just, for some reason, suddenly have this shift in philosophy and government...its like once you hit the 250 million population
mark, you matter. I guess its more economics, since that is a whole new market for technology and industry.
I believe in creation and evolution. In other words, I believe we were created by a greater being (God, Buddah, Thor, Zorro) but I don't believe 95% of
what's in the bible. I think it's a book of morals mainly and nothing else. Anyway, Earth will eventually die. In the future (not that I'll be
alive but I'm hoping it's more than just centuries Jess! ) the Earth will be
swallowed up by the sun but by that time we would have colonized life in another galaxy. Gotta sign up for the good seats BB'ers!
so my friend is tellin me about this Nibiru Planet in the system that orbits the sun every 3000 years and stuff, and says that this planet might hit Earth in
2012... will cause flooding, heat waves, etc etc etc.... i dont think its true thO. but it does sound a bit scary thO
I think the world might end soon, but not in any of our lifetimes. But, I'm gonna try to say all the things i need to say and do all the things i need to
get done, just in case!

I don't believe that. If the end of the earth was that near, we'd have heard about it by now. Plus I'm superstitious or religious or anything like
that. IMO, the only reason the earth will end is a natural disaster, just like how the dinosaurs become extinct, how ice ages, occur, etc.
And plus we have that super-awesome technology that blows shit up in space before it even comes close, just like the movie Armageddon! At least I think so
anyway.

They are saying on various places online, youtube videos that this 10th planet NASA discovered in 1983 have been keeping a look out from a telescope in the
South Pole. This planet will be visible from everyone living in the Southern Hemisphere in the year 2009 around May, and visible from everyone in the year
2010. This planet is 4 times bigger than Earth, and goes around the Sun every 3000 years. (hence the flooding of Noah's Ark, Atlantis, etc) The Mayans
predicted this AGES ago (so they say).
This planet will come between the earth and the sun and will look like a huge red spotlight in the sky. The gravitional/ magnetic force will have earth stop
rotating for three days, and will encounter melting of the south pole, flooding coastlines, hurracanes, tornadoes, tidal waves and etc. This will go on for
about 2 weeks, then the planet will move on and out of the solar system from our naked eye weeks after that.
(so they say) The government are not saying nothing about it and not warning us. They are (so they say) hungry to find a new planet out in the system/ or to
evacuate the most important people on Earth into a Safer place when 2012 occurs.
2/3 of the population will vanish, islands will disappear, and money will be meaningless. It may not be "the end of the world" but it is a huge
natural disaster, therefore, 2/3 of the earths population will vanish from the earth. (so they say)
This will kinda be like the movie "The Day After Tomorrow" with "Armageddon" many will suffer, many will die, and many will die to survive.
Will this day come? I dunno?
May the government let us know? Maybe in 2010 when its very near.
Whatever the case may be, I dont believe this will happen, but you never know.
search, nibiru ------ on youtube for more information about this

So who would u believe? Or would u believe when u see this red fiery planet emerge in our Earth's focus in 2010?
