Most of the time other stuff is rumored and not confirmed by any official press but people still believe it and then get disappointed when it doesn't
happen.
She's a confirmed performer for the AMA's.

 When has she backed out of a performance? Maybe I'm forgetting
something, but I truly don't remember that ever happening. Well, once, for Movies Rock, but she was 7 months pregnant, so that's certainly
understandable, lol.

I am pretty sure she will not back out of her performance...too much would be on the line in the hopeful success of her new albulm. I am sure she has something

Most of the things that happen or don't happen aren't unique to Jen. Many artist have their schedules altered for whatever reason. It is what it is. It's not like it's chronic with her when there really is "official" confirmation. Look at all the stuff she HAS done.
