On August 27, 2010 it was announced through Def Pen Radio that Jennifer's new single was titled "Good Hit". The song, produced by The-Dream, was leaked in low quality via a Ustream held by Bef Pen Radio. Shortly thereafter, they released a snippet in high quality.
On September 8, 2010, a casting notice was sent out for two viral videos - Good Hit and Take Care.� The videos were filmed on 9/11/10. The creative director was Frank Gatson and the choreographer was Danielle Polanco.
The day of the shoot, her dancers posted behind the scenes pictures and hints by tweeting lyrics of the song (Good Hit). In October, Jennifer stated that she filmed the viral videos to launch her new official site, however, plans changed.
Shortly thereafter, a pre-viral video leaked which took place on a photoshoot she did for Love? album. On January 15, 2011, the viral video was accidentally made public via director Alex Moor's website and quickly removed, however, it was too late, as the video spread like wildfire.
A full video for the song was not filmed.
