Just because I took time out of my extremely busy life awhile ago to type this up...Jen's portion of the interview:
Would you ever be unfaithful? Should exes always be off-limits? And what do you think of pre-nups? We challenged Jennifer Lopez and Matthew McConaughey to take our love test. 1. Do you believe in love at first si Yeah. I experienced it with my ex-husband who I married a few years ago and am now divorced from him. 2. What's the most romantic evening you've had? It's been awhile. I'm always on the run. I don't have time for that stuff. But I guess it was a recent birthday when I found tons of rose petals strewn all over my hotel room and about 12,000 flowers and 700 lit candles. That was really nice. 3. Describe your ideal romantic evening: staying in bed and having sex? A candlelit dinner? Dancing?[/i] I would stay in bed all day and all night and probably part of the next day, too. 4. How would you change your outfit from date one to date three? I wouldn't change. If it worked on the first date, I'll keep it going. And if we're up to date three, then I've been doing something right. 5. Do you dress for yourself or for your mate? A little of both. I dress for me, in general. But I do think about what he would like. 6. How true is the following statement: "I'm afraid to get really close to someone because I might get hurt"? It's not true at all. I'm never afraid to get close to someone. I have an open heart. I feel a lot. I'm very passionate, but I don't get scared of that. I love that. I look for that feeling. 7. In what order would you put the following as the secret to a successful marriage: mutual respect, great sex, communication? You're missing compromise and honesty, which I think are more important than any of those. That's from my own personal experience. 8. Who has a greater chance of marital success: the couple with a history or the couple who meets, has an instant attraction and feeling of love, and marries? It's different in every circumstance. It comes down to how bad each person wants that relationship to work. A marriage isn't just about history. It's about compromise, respect, communication, honesty and a lot of things - most often, compromise. It's, "OK, I love you enough that I'm going to do this," or it's about your spouse caring enough to be willing to do that, too. 9. Are prenuptial agreements good things? Yes. There is no question. Everyone knows where they stand and that's how it is. 10. Do you have an idea of what song you would use for your first dance at your wedding? That's a personal thing between the two people - where you were when you first met or if something really special happens and a song was playing, or if he dedicates something to you. It depends. It's not like no matter who becomes my husband, this is going to be our song. When I got married a few years ago, my then-husband picked our wedding song: "El Dia Que Me Quieras" by Luis Miguel. When you translate this in English, it means "The Day You Loved Me." 11. What would you prefer to be solely responsible for in your marriage? Housework? Making money? Raising the kids? Raising the kids. I mean, I would like to do all three, but you didn't ask me that. 12. In your marriage, who would oversee the finances or be responsible for balancing your joint checking account? My spouse and I won't have a joint checkbook. We're in the new millenium now. 13. If you could have a one-time sexual encounter and your spouse would never find out, would you do it? No, I wouldn't do that. That's whack. 14. What are your views on fidelity? I'm faithful, but I don't think tons of people are. Monogamy is taken very lightly, and that's one of the things that is most wrong with our society. For men, sex doesn't always matter that much, and they feel they can have it with many people without consequences. That's why it's important to find someone who's on the same wavelength as you. I want to be with someone who realizes how infidelity can threaten a relationship. Obviously, if you have sex with someone other than your partner, there's a distinct possibility that you will end up liking him or her more or that you'll be more compatible with him or her. If you're going to give a relationship a fair chance, there has to be mutual respect. 15. Regarding your future, have you decided how many children you want? One healthy one would be good enough for me. 16. And have you given them names? My healthy baby. Mi bebe sano. 17. Do you know where you want to live, and in what kind of house? Probably Miami. A nice house. Nothing too big. Something right by the water. 18. If your spouse did someone he or she knew you disapproved of, would you be angrier if you found out through friends or directly from your spouse? I would like him to tell me. It's not good if I find out in some other way, because it breaches the trust. There has got to be trust in a relationship or you have nothing. 19. Your best friend's betrothed is cheating on him or her. Do you say something? Yeah, I'd tell her. Why not? Thankfully I haven't ever had to, thank God. But I would definitely want somebody to tell me. 20. Do you tell your spouse if his or her best friend drinks too much at a New Year's Eve party and hits on you? If he was a groper and crossed the line and disrespected me, I'd tell my spouse that his friend is an idiot because he did this and this and this. But if it was harmless and his friend just drank too much and lost control, I'd be like, "Back off before I tell my husband and he bashes your head in." 21. What do you do when you get angry? I'm a talker. I like to discuss things. If it turns into an argument, it's not my fault. I start out just trying to get to the bottom of the problem and then, trying to understand it. It works well a lot of times. 22. Your spouse asks you to lose 10 pounds, what do you do? I'd say, "Why, do I look really fat to you?" If it were true and he's like, "Yeah, you're gaining a little weight," I'd probably be like, "Yeah, you're right." If it were not true, or my husband was just being an idiot, I'd be like, "Screw you!" 23. You receive an expensive piece of clothing as a gift from your spouse and you hate it. What do you do?[/i] I tell him it's very nice and very beautiful and very thoughtful, but it's not my style. 24. Your most recent ex calls and wants to meet for coffee. What do you do? There are different ex-boyfriends: There are the ones who are threatening to your current boyfriend, and those are who are not. So it depends. If he's a threatening one, I might just see what he wants but not say anything to my current partner. If he's non-threatening, I would tell my boyfriend I need to go to talk to my ex and that we're just going to sit down for a few seconds. If my ex-boyfriend wanted to get back together, I would be like, "Can't do it." 25. How are you at predicting the success of your friends' relationships? It's always easier to see other people's relationships and think to yourself: "This is right" or "This is wrong." It's so clear from the outside. When I'm talking to my friends about their relationships, I'm like, "Wake up! He sucks!" |

PLEASE READ: Marie Claire-February 2001 outtakes | #15 | ||
|
Wasn't there another shot of her in this mag?
And how come nobody has the all the outtakes for this magazine? Every fansite for her only has the outtakes of the cover photo (which is like 2 photos) but they NEVER have ANY outtakes of the photos inside the mag. It seems like they have all the outtakes for every other photoshoot EXCEPT this one in particular. Did they get burned or something?
If anyone has any of the other outtakes for this photoshoot, can you PLEASE post them??!!!! Many Thanks!!!! |

Thanks for the welcome!
By the way, what about the outtakes for that photo shoot? You'd think there were more, but every fansite for her only gives you the outtakes for the cover photo Does anyone know if there are any? |
