She'd play one of two female detectives tracking the killer of their shared lover By Gary Susman If you think Jennifer Lopez's off-screen romantic life is complicated, wait 'til you see ''Double or Nothing.'' That's the name of a thriller she's attached to star in and produce, according to the Hollywood Reporter. It's a buddy cop movie that's also a romantic triangle -- only one of the three sides is dead. New Line Cinema describes the movie as a female ''Lethal Weapon,'' though the plot synopsis makes it sound more like the Shelley Long-Bette Midler comedy ''Outrageous Fortune.'' J. Lo would play one of two policewomen who team up to solve the murder of a third cop, the man who was two-timing them. In the process, of course, they also try to find out which one he really loved. Is this the movie she was going to do with Eva Longoria? It sounds similar i think that the movie project with Eva was fake, it was only annonced in the Gossip press. 'Governess' and 'Double or Nothing' sound strange along the lines of g***i inspired scripts. I don't see what is funny about investigating the murder of her boyfriend only to find out he was cheating on her. I know we have to wait for the cast and director etc and the execution of the project. I love Jen in a movie anyway!!
